September Walk-up Weekdays at the National Museum of African American History and Culture

Calling all little learners! September is Walk-up Weekdays at the National Museum of African American History and CulturePasses are NOT required to enter the museum on weekdays in September. Museum educators will lead engaging drop-in activities for children ages 0 – 5 every Tuesday and Thursday in September! All activities are free, fun and open to everyone.

On Tuesdays, 11am to 1pm: Little Leaders Library
Drop by and read with us on the 4th floor! Little ones and their caregivers are invited to read children’s books inspired by the museum collection.

On Thursdays, 11am to 1pm: Cultural Expressions Craft
Drop by for a colorful craft activity in our Cultural Expressions gallery!
