Eye to Eye: Storytime in ASL
January 19, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
“I gather sun rays for the cold dark winter days,” says Frederick, the title character of Leo Lionni’s children’s book. Join us for an exploration of artful thinking and hope, as we explore sunny colors in works on view, and create our own warm works of art to inspire us through the winter. EYE TO EYE: STORYTIME in ASL is for the Deaf Community. Visitors who are hearing may request an interpreter, with one week’s advance notice.
EYE TO EYE: STORYTIME in ASL is for the Deaf Community, and explores contemporary art through stories and movement. Each week STORYTIME features a fresh and fun theme. Bring your littlest art lover for an introduction to an artist on view, interactive read aloud, and a hands-on activity.
